Granson was a fourth-round pick in the 2021 NFL draft by the Colts. After four seasons in Indianapolis, Granson signed with the Philadelphia Eagles during the 2025 offseason as a free agent.
With the Eagles, he appeared in 17 games, made three starts and played 250 total offensive snaps, per PFF. Granson caught seven passes for 40 yards.

During his Colts' career, Granson caught 66% of his 131 targets for 958 yards and one touchdown. In 2024, his final year with the team, Granson totaled just 14 receptions and 182 yards through the air.
In the current version of the Colts' tight end room, Tyler Warren is leading the way after a highly productive rookie season. He brought a much-needed pass-catching presence to the position for the Colts, and his do-it-all skill set adds layers to the Shane Steichen offense.
This offseason, however, the Colts do need to bolster their tight end depth, with Mo Alie-Cox and Drew Ogletree both free agents at the moment.
