Serie A: Roma vs. Cremonese – Probable line-ups and where to watch on TV

Gian Piero Gasperini continues to be troubled by injuries as his Roma side prepares to face Cremonese in Serie A on Sunday afternoon, with no Paulo Dybala nor Matias Soule available at the Stadio Olimpico.

The Giallorossi are coming in off the back of a 2-2 draw away against Napoli last time out in Serie A, which leaves them in fourth place in the Serie A table ahead of kick-off. They have one point more and have played one game fewer than the fifth-placed Juventus.

Cremonese, meanwhile, settled for a 0-0 draw at home against Genoa in the league last weekend: Their first Serie A point in just shy of a month. They sit in 16th place ahead of kick-off, but with 24 points to their name from 25 matches, they are still at risk of slipping into the relegation zone by the end of the weekend if they fall to a defeat against Roma.

Gasperini and Roma will have to do without both Dybala and Soule in attack, which means that January signing Bryan Zaragoza and former captain Lorenzo Pellegrini are likely to keep their places behind the new go-to centre-forward, Donyell Malen.

Wesley is a doubt ahead of kick-off, and if the Brazilian is unable to start, then it is likely that Gasperini will field Zeki Celik and Kostas Tsimikas as his wing-backs.

Manu Kone is back, available for selection and could be handed a start against Cremonese at the Stadio Olimpico.

Pre-match reports from Sky Sport Italia suggest that it will be a similar, if not the same Cremonese line-up as the one that drew with Genoa last weekend, with Jamie Vardy and Milan Djuric running things in attack.

Federico Baschirotto is a doubt with a muscular issue, and if he is unable to start, then it is likely that Matteo Bianchetti will instead.

Kick-off is due at 19.45 GMT.
