The Buffalo Bills are the only NFL team to make it to four straight Super Bowls. They didn't win any of them.

The Bills were dominant in the early 1990s with four Super Bowl appearances in a row in the 1990 to 1993 seasons. Buffalo went 49-15 in the regular season during that stretch, with at least 11 wins every season, and 9-0 in the postseason against AFC teams. But they went an agonizing 0-4 in the championship games.
Buffalo had seven Hall of Fames on those teams: quarterback Jim Kelly, running back Thurman Thomas, wide receivers Andre Reed and James Lofton, defensive end Bruce Smith, head coach Marv Levy, and general manager Bill Polian.

Buffalo Bills Super Bowl history
The Buffalo Bills appeared in a record four consecutive Super Bowls from 1991-1994.
The closest they got to an NFL championship was their first Super Bowl appearance against the New York Giants in 1991. Buffalo led 12-3 in the second quarter and despite only having the ball for 19 minutes, 27 seconds, the Bills had a chance at a go-ahead field goal. Scott Norwood's 47-yard attempt went ride right with four seconds left and Buffalo lost 20-19.
The Bills were outscored 119-54 in a loss to Washington and two losses to Dallas in the three years after their heartbreaking defeat to the Giants. Buffalo committed nine turnovers in a 52-17 loss to the Dallas Cowboys in Super Bowl XXVII.

The Bills and Minnesota Vikings have the worst Super Bowl records at 0-4. and Minnesota's anguish was also suffered in a single decade (1970, 1974, 1975 and 1977), albeit not four straight years like Buffalo.
The Pittsburgh Steelers and New England Patriots each have six Super Bowl wins.

The Buffalo Bills were a founding member of the American Football League in 1960 and won back-to-back AFL Championships in 1964 and 1965. The Bills defeated the San Diego Chargers both years for their AFL titles.
The AFL and NFL merged a year later. Buffalo hasn't won a league championship since.
Buffalo almost made it to the first Super Bowl. The Bills advanced to their third straight AFL championship game in 1966 but lost to the Kansas City Chiefs 31-7 to determine entry into the AFL-NFL World Championship Game, which is now known as Super Bowl I.
