The Spanish press insists on listing Enzo Fernández as one of Paris Saint-Germain's priority targets for next season.

According to the Spanish outlet Fichajes, the French club is already planning for the next campaign, and one of the names that has gained strength in recent weeks is Fernandez, 25.

"The Argentine midfielder for Chelsea has become the great desire of Luis Enrique to bolster the midfield of the Parisian team," the report states. The Asturian coach reportedly believes that the arrival of the World Cup champion would represent an immediate leap in quality in the center of the field.

PSG continues to seek a midfielder who can control the game's rhythm and provide balance to the team. Following Fabian Ruiz's recent injury, it was Warren Zaïre-Emery who stepped up, but Enrique would like more options.

That is why the press has once again linked the French club with Fernandez. The Argentine international stands out for his vision of the game, his ability to organize the attack, and his intensity in recovery.

"Luis Enrique believes the player would fit perfectly into his style of play, providing creativity, control, and arrival from the second line," wrote Fichajes' Nacho Dominguez.

However, PSG will have to make a significant investment to close the deal. Chelsea has no intention of facilitating the departure of one of its most important players and has set his price at $170 million, according to the same outlet.

The London club paid around $140 million for the Argentine nearly three years ago and believes his market value has increased thanks to his growth in the Premier League.

For that reason, any interested team will have to present a very significant offer to convince Chelsea.

If PSG ultimately decides to move forward with the operation, it would be one of the most important transfers of the summer. The arrival of Fernandez would considerably strengthen the Parisian midfield and consolidate the sporting project that Enrique wants to continue establishing in the French capital.
