The Buckeyes advanced to this point by dominating No. 13 Indiana 83-59 in the second round and defeating No. 4 seed Minnesota 60-55 in the quarterfinals.

The Bruins, who are undefeated in Big Ten play, outlasted a first-half push from No. 8 seed Washington in the quarterfinals to record a 78-60 victory.

In the regular season, UCLA defeated Ohio State 82-75 at the Schottenstein Center on Dec. 28.
